PLANT REQUEST FORM

All plant requests will be looked through during our ordering process, and we will check availabilities for the items you are requesting.  We cannot guarantee that we can source an item.  Some items are seasonal, and we will do our best to relay that information to you.  Due to our high volume of requests, we will ONLY contact you if we are able to source the items you are requesting.  All request forms are kept on file for 1 calendar year.
