Boutique Venue Pricing
Renting the outdoor boutique garden venue is priced at $150 per hour, plus tax, with a minimum booking requirement of 2 hours. It’s important to factor in your setup and breakdown time within this cost. Typically, events and parties are scheduled for a duration of 4 hours. Each rental package encompasses an elongated farmhouse-style table, providing formal seating for up to 35 guests, along with bistro lighting, outdoor speakers with surround sound, restroom access, and a setup featuring a plant green screen. Our micro venue has the capacity to host a total of 50 guests, and we also offer additional amenities and add-ons for rent.
External food and beverage vendors, including alcohol, are welcome and encouraged, but it’s imperative that all vendors possess proper licensing and insurance. Prior to the event, a waiver must be signed, confirming that only individuals aged 21 and above will be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
While we provide an approved vendor list, we have a strong and frequent collaboration with Aegean Greek Restaurant, located next door. They excel in crafting custom menus to cater to the preferences of all your guests ensuring and hot food and fresh beverages!
