Bring New Life to Your Landscape Each Season with Vibrant Annuals
Annuals are a great way to add vibrancy and color to your landscape whether in garden beds or custom planters at your doorway.
In Northwest Florida, we have three main annual seasons: Spring, Summer, and Fall. Each season brings new life and new color options to spruce up your garden.
Spring & Summer Color

In Zone 8b, Spring generally begins Mid-March and last thru early May. We have had our last freeze and the weather is just starting to warm up, but we still have cooler nights before the heat of summer begins. During that time, transition annuals such as Columbine, Foxglove and Torenia begin to thrive.
Once the summer heat sets in the transitional annuals fade off and the heat lovers thrive. Our best performers during Summer are Cuphea, Pentas, Portulaca, Sun Patiens, Vinca and Zinnias. The list does not end there, and we offer a wide array of colorful annuals for Spring thru Summer.
